ACROBATICS AND TUMBLING
Acro is a fusion of dance, acrobatics and gymnastics. Training in acro increases the skillset of the dancer and allows them to build their repertoire with the proper technique as well as fun and exciting tricks to add to choreography. Acrobatics and tumbling skills will be learned with the proper technical build-ups, exercises and stretches. Acrobatics focuses on slow, controlled movements showcasing the flexibility of the legs and back. Dancers will be coached by certified instructors of the Acrobatique syllabus.
Girls: Bodysuit or sports bra top with shorts or leggings. BARE FEET. Hair in a neat LOW bun or braids.
Boys: Tight-fitting t-shirt and leggings or shorts. BARE FEET.
