SHOWCASE IMPORTANT DATES:
Our 9th season of dance will end with our annual showcase at the Sid Williams Theatre. THRIVE IX will include all dancers enrolled in the Showcase and Company programs. All dancers enrolled in Showcase and Company program classes are expected to participate in the year end showcase. Families, please keep this entire week free. We recommend marking these dates down on your calendar at time of registration to ensure your dancer(s)’ availability to perform.

JUNE 13, 14, & 15- SHOWCASE PERFORMANCES
PLEASE NOTE: Showcase line ups are done thoughtfully and carefully with many factors in mind, including accommodating our dancers with multiple routines, creating an entertaining show, and much more. We do our very best to accommodate as many families as possible when creating our different showcase line ups. However, due to the complex nature of scheduling, we cannot guarantee that every dancer will perform all of their dances in one show. Please be prepared ahead of time to have your dancer performing in multiple shows and budget accordingly for ticket purchases. By registering for the 2023/24 dance season, you understand and agree.

ALL DANCERS ENROLLED IN THE COMPANY PROGRAM ARE EXPECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL STUDIO AND COMPANY EVENTS.
IMPORTANT NOTES
PRO-D DAYS & SD71 CLOSURES:
VIREO follows the SD71 school calendar for both Winter Break and Spring Break and all holidays/long weekends. VIREO will REMAIN OPEN on professional development (Pro-D) days. If schools are closed due to weather, the studio will also be closed.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS:
As tuition accounts for all holidays and allows for the possibility of studio closures throughout the year, there will be no make-up classes, refunds, discounts, or credits for statutory holidays or studio closures due to weather.
Make-up classes for other studio closures or class cancellations (not including holidays or weather) if applicable may be called at the studio's discretion, but will not be guaranteed.
