"I am proud to build VIREO on a foundation of inclusivity, acceptance, friendship, and a strong family feel. It is so important for children (for everyone!) to feel a sense of belonging, responsibility and purpose and we strive to provide dancers with all of that at the studio.
We pride ourselves on also offering the highest quality training to our dancers. We are a small studio and small class sizes allow each and every individual to receive the proper amount of attention and training from their instructor. I am a firm believer that dancers are athletes and should train as such, so we have a strong foundation in developing proper technique as well as building the necessary strength and flexibility for dance.
My mom, a very familiar and present face around the studio, has two sayings which I embody at the studio: 1) If you raise the bar for children they will always meet it, and 2) You get the bear with honey. We push our dancers to be the best they can be, but in an encouraging way that allows the student to flourish. From recreational dancers who take one class per week to the most elite competitive dancers who dance 6-7 days a week, everyone grows and thrives together as a family."
