Great for dancers that love to move, groove, and bring their own personality to the dance floor!

  • Progressing Ballet Technique

Progressing Ballet Technique is a specialized training method designed to improve ballet technique through targeted exercises. Using tools like resistance bands and stability balls, PBT helps dancers build core strength, muscle memory, and proper alignment. It supports faster learning, better balance, and injury prevention—making it an excellent complement to regular ballet classes for dancers of all levels.

  • Pre-Pointe/Pointe

Pointe is an advanced ballet technique where dancers perform on the tips of their toes using specially designed pointe shoes. These shoes have a reinforced toe box that supports the dancer’s weight, allowing for graceful, extended lines and elevated movements.
Proper training is crucial before starting pointe work to build the necessary strength, balance, and technique to prevent injury. That’s why dancers must be enrolled in ballet and invited into the Pointe program after a careful review by our instructors. This ensures each dancer is physically ready and prepared for the challenges of pointe dancing, making it a safe and rewarding experience.

  • Lyrical / Contemporary

Lyrical blends ballet and jazz to tell stories through movement. Dancers use expressive choreography and smooth, flowing steps to connect with the lyrics and emotion of the music. It’s graceful, emotional, and perfect for dancers who love to perform with feeling.
Ballet is strongly recommended in addition to lyrical, as it builds the foundational technique needed for this style.

Contemporary is creative and grounded, combining ballet, modern, and jazz styles. It often includes floorwork, abstract movement, and improvisation. Dancers explore new ways to move, express ideas, and connect body and mind through dance.
Contemporary is recommended for intermediate dancers and up due to the technical and creative skills involved.

  • Acro/ Tumbling

This style builds strength, flexibility, and coordination while encouraging creativity and performance skills. Perfect for dancers who love to mix dance with a little bit of daring and fun!

We strongly suggest taking Jazz classes alongside Acro to help develop the dance technique and performance skills that complement the acrobatic elements.

Our Acro instructors are highly trained professionals with extensive experience in both dance and gymnastics who ensure safety is their very first priority. They hold certifications and have studied at reputable schools and companies. Each teacher is passionate about nurturing dancers’ growth in technique, artistry, and confidence, ensuring a safe and inspiring environment for all students. Our classes are taught in an open style, but strongly follow both world-renowned ADTA and Acrobatic Arts syllabi.
